Panorama Stitching from 2 fisheye images with OpenCV and Java

I'm looking for someone to develop a Java application that will take 2 fisheye images and stitch them into an equirectangular image. This will be used with FFMPEG for processing 360 degree video. Ideally it will be available to work both on a Linux server and Android app. Ideally also it would use data from a PTGui .pts file to map the images so they can be used together.
