Proxy Support Help - Make Quick $ & 10/10Review

Hello Freelancers I have a bot for Y! that send messages to a list of users I put in. It loads Fresh Bot ID's and login in mutliple and send messages Fast It also have a proxy Server built in it though I dont know how to use it ..it looks like -- in attached file I have a Broadband connection which have dynamic IP Adress ( which changes IP address after every hit on restart of the MODEM ) My Bot program works fine untill it shows a NETWORK ERROR! within 30 - 40 mins of work It can send messages to unlimited users I put in and can also load unlimited BOT ID's and MESSAGES as well I think the problem is that Y! Bann my IP ADDRESS and I have to RESTART process again and I can never finsih sending messages to users because of NETWORK ERROR after few mins of work SO Any Step by Step Help Would be Greatly Appreaciated! I know there are lot of programmers who have READYMADE SOLUTIONS for it..so that will be AWESOME! REMEMBER :- I have full Source Code of the BOT Thanks!
