System integrated with API of MELI - Mercado Livre

I need a system integrated with the API of Mercado Livre Brasil, here is the documentation of the API: [login to view URL], this system needs to be developed on Java using the MVC concept of programation, must use maven to download the dependencies, need be online, hosted in some server in USA, near of Sterling city, in the Virginia state, where is located the mercado-livre server. The system must be multi account (can be use several accounts). I need of the following fuctions on the system: -Scanner of the advertisements of the account: Scan all the advertisements of the account, like: SKU code, title of the advertisements, category, HTML code of the description, price, color, size, Stock, URL of the thumbnails (pictures), URL of the video, number of visits, number of sales, type of advertisements (Premium or Clássico), type of shipping (Without free shipping, free shipping to all the country, free shipping except to north regions, with personally withdrawal our without personally withdrawal, Warranty, code of the advertisement (MLBxxxx), condition of the product (used or new), status of the advertisements (active, paused, or finalized), link of the advertisment and create daily a excel file with all this informations , like this: [login to view URL] -Editor of advertisements: Edit advertisements through upload of one excel spreadshet. What be different of what is currently in the advertisement will be changed. -Publisher of advertisements: Publish advertisements through upload of one excel spreadshet like this: [login to view URL], must have a row of advertisements to publish (each spreadsheet of excel must have a programed date to be uploaded and published their advertisements). -Visitors generate: Visit the selected advertisements repeated times, generating milions of visits per day, visit the advertisements through different ips of proxy, it must have the option to visit only the selected advertisemnts that i will inform the link or code of the advertisement, all the advertisements with the informed SKU, all the advertisements of one category or all the advertisements of one account. - Generator of questions: Generate questions in the selected advertisements, will be registered in the system some accounts of mercado-livre that will be used for make the questions, each account must use always the same ip of proxy and port, must have the option to make questions only to the selected advertisements that i will inform the link or code of the advertisement, all the advertisements with the informed SKU, all the advertisements of one category or all the advertisements of one account. The system must permit register the questions and the answers. The system must reply automatically the question. The system must permit choose in wich hour and frequency of days the questions will be done.
