Facebook javascript API user details

I have a web page and I would like some code written that first checks if the visitor is logged into facebook. If they are logged into facebook already I would like to pull a small thumbnail of their profile picture and their first name so that I can write some text ie: <profilepic> "Hi Jake, here is a great page you should check out" You will need to include step by step instructions on how to set up the code, and how to set up the app that will need to do with it. This is a tiny project, lets keep the bids as such.
