Mouse Click Simulation

I need either a C#, Visual Basic or JavaScript expert to work on a small project that I want to accomplish. If you're a C# or Visual basic expert I expect you to know how to use [login to view URL] and call [login to view URL] to use MOUSEEVENT. Basically what I want is a program either written in C# or Visual Basic that can play chess on chess.com. I want a program that looks exactly like the one in the video below on youtube (youtube dot com/watch?v=5osrRuz4tvM). I suggest that you use an iPad to view the video because I can see every line of code in this video using an iPad but not on a laptop or desktop. If you're a JavaScript Expert I like to hire you for the same project as well. You must be a master at jQuery, AJAX, JSON and above all you need to know how to manipulate [login to view URL] DOM. Below is a video of the program and I want to make sure that you know how to connect to a C# or a .NET application using JavaScript. If you know how to use any other chess engine you're welcome to use. I do have some documentation of how to use rybka API in C# If you have built an Auto Clicker before then this project should be easy for you.
