Hello, We have already an e-procurement(online [login to view URL]) application based on VB and .net technologies with a database [login to view URL] application is successfully developed,tested and implemented long back for many state [login to view URL] this application is running in many places. Brief of Project:Apart from normal work flow of an online tendering which involves a govt. department to publish a tender online and the respective contractors to bid upon it,this system uses a core expertise of cryptography to encrypt and decrypt data at database level with the use of an authorized Digital [login to view URL] provide the critical security as well as the desired transparency in public procurement [login to view URL] also uses features like Time Stamping,Digital certificate log-in and others. Objective-To translate and develop the above mentioned eProcurement application which is currently in ASP(SQL as back-end) into a Java application so that it can be successfully implemented with increased efficiency,security and speed.

We are using Java J2EE technologies with spring framework and we are not going to change Database might be if required then we will try to improve but first we will convert your existing .NET application to Java J2EE framework. Also note that here I have mentioned days are based on my best experience might be it will be more or less based on you have developed modules it will be increased or decreased.
