CSS fixes for HTML5 files

I have some files where past designer messed up in code. I need someone who can start now and be done within 10 hours. Need someone who can communicate well and who has skype. Must know HTML5 CSS and javascript well. Need a professional only. Items that need to be done. All CSS should be in CSS file not in HTML Document should be HTML5 Code right now works in all browsers and must stay that way Footer has a small design problem red line is broken. Menu is the wrong size and elements move on moseover needs to be fixed. Will show files to those professionals who have good bid and knowledge. Can not be in portfolio
