I have working javascript that allows me to switch between working forms by clicking a button. I'm attaching that below. I'd like to modify it so that there are two buttons instead of one and that those buttons will bring up a choice of two forms. You would always have one form on the page and two buttons at the top of the page with the option to select the other available forms.
