Confgure jest testing environmet

Jest testing environment is need to be configuren in nodejs project. The project is webserver which answers the requests. Server is runned as standalone app. Tests must do requests to server. The tests itself must run server in same instance to proper coverage recognizing. Test specs must be looks like: [login to view URL](3000) it('test', ()=>{ fetch('/:3000') })
