I am trying to build a website in which a user scrolls on a webpage, and the elements on the webpage 'zoom' in to bring the user to another scene. I have attached a PDF to explain this. On page 2 you can see as a user starts to scroll, the elements zoom in and the user sees more different content. The webpage should not reload at all. This is very urgent. This will need to be done within 30 hours.
