Develop widget to integrate Cisco PBK and Zoho

You can use Zoho JS SDK to implement telephony requirements in CRM as Widget, if Cisco either provides client libraries or supports WEBRTC framework to access and incorporate their telephony capabilities into web application that can be embedded into CRM. Widget Telephony as extension for CRM do support the https webhooks.
