Developer needed for web based Crypto Currency Alerts site

We need a programmer who is experienced at creating SaaS (software as a service) websites. Currently we need a crypto currency alerts SaaS built. We will provide the UI template. The programmer will be responsible for creating the front end site functions as well as the server side setup for the database, users, etc.. There will be an API to handle the majority of the site functionality.
Preferred coding languages are: PHP, Python, Javascript or Node JS
