We looking for somebody with Alpha Software Experience (10 or 11)

We need a complete web based software for special social service organisations in germany. A very easy user interface is required due to the "low" it-affinity of social engaged people (mostly older persons with small it-experience). Solution including - base definitions like users (employees) inkl. workingtimes, Holidays etc., roles, access rights, selection/lookup tables, options for different behaviours of software depending on option, Definiton of different mandants (several logically different companies, that work with software but distinguish some data like clients), etc. - clientdefinition, - payers definition (who pays what price (datedependent) for the the activities done for clients) - definition of budgets per client on hours per daterange, - entering of done activities (selection from a list of possible activities with entering of date, time, duration, type of activity, place where done + some textinformation regarding content of activity,) - print activity confirmation per client on week or month or Quartal base (showing list of all done activities by employes) - write invoice for one or several clients according to activity confirmation (several or one activity reports of one client can produce one invoice), also several clients with summary from activity reports could be invoiced in one single invoice to payer - up to 5 reports showing a) which employee did which hours with which clients in a selectable date range, b) how many hours of budgets are already used and how much are still open and does employee have enough capacity to fullfil the budgets c) how many hours at client base are done and how many are still open, d) report of clients where budget date range ends within a given distance of weeks. It should also contain a mobile solution to enter activities and some text to client online or even offline (HTML5 Manifestfiles with WEBSQL (yes only Chrome on Androits required).
