Make our website work with IE8 + Form Validations

We got a PSD to HTML done the other day.

It has two customized forms. One with 3 fields and another with 13 fields. We need cross browser form validations implemented on them and form validations utilized.

Additionally, we also wish to have the site working with IE8 (rounded corners, forms and css renditions etc.)

The budget for this is $30
