Server Side Rendering for Angular 2 SPA

I need someone who knows how to create Server-Side rendering for a Single Page Application written in Angular 2. The wed service is already online and running and there is a dedicated backend person responsible for the Microsoft Azure server.
The previous front-end developer recommended setting up something like "Angular Universal" to resolve the issue, but was unable to implement it. I am not focused on a particular solution, so long as it the content to be found by Google Bots. The website is obviously being delivered as a Single Page Application at the moment but it's very important that not just the sub-pages are searchable and found online, but also the individual posts which are created each week. The only thing this project requires is just a module to be written in Angular 2 so that the content can be indexed by Google.
As indexing takes a while to show it's working and the module is working, I need evidence that you have written something before hand. I don't mind if the example is written in another language, but just something so I can see it's working.
