We have some issues with the configuration of Virtuemart.
Our tax is set to based on shipping address.
When items are added to basket the tax total only shows tax of shipping.
When we set the shopper group to show price ex tax tax is not added at all to prices??
We need config of
cart pages
print view page
email sent to admin
email sent to customer
to show

<shipping price net> <Shipping price gross>
<Net total> <Gross total>
