I looking to own an automobile social networking web site , to do the following on the site : car buyers or sellers( salespersons) be able to upload video, have their portfolio , or pictures, post comments (good or bad ) about their car buying or selling experience , salesperson post their resume ,forum for different make cars.

Here example of a web site like to clone but in very small scale, [url removed, login to view] , yelp offer service for all kind business , I want to offer same service only to my own customers and local car dealers in orange county. Up to $580.00 but I am not a computer geek, however if the cost of building a site is too high I may just buy one of those open box and try to learn to build it my self, also checking the joomla to learn , honesty I rather have some one build the site. Also like to have full control of the site after being build and be able to change the look or contents by my self at any time.
