Joomla 1.5 Photo Competition w 1 vote per IP per day

Hello. I would like a simple Joomla Photo Competition to put on my Joomla site. I am the admin and have a small amount of backend knowledge, but would need you to install the component and debug on my site. I'm in Australia so there may be time differences depending on your location :) I need it created as soon as possible. I have created a basic terms and conditions article and generic "competition guidelines" page, which I will want to be able to add (via a link) to most of the pages. I need: * Entrant Details Page (username, real name, address incl. country, phone, email), plus upload box for file, which gets held by admin til approved. * Gallery Page showing all entrants and displayed randomly (paginate when page gets too long) * Easy to navigate voting system - no rating system just check box or other to * Voting Log if possible to ensure no cheating. * Votes hidden from front end, but viewable by admin in backend. * Admin able to approve/disapprove entries, and edit all entries. * Visible countdown on front end to competition end time. * Automatic start/finish of competition if possible (not essential) Feel free to offer any other suggestions for this component. I don't mind if you have sold this software before or will sell it in the future, and do not need exclusivity to the component, just need it to work without any problems or compromises of other installed parts.
