I have ongoing work for a Joomla expert.
One of my clients needs to have a Joomla template modified.
They are using a template from:

They need to be able to have a banner added to the header, and have the template have the following layout (see the additional document.
Time is of the essense here, so I am more interested in getting it done as quickly as possible rather than have a minimum bid ... that said, it will be an ongoing project with lots of additional work.
Please show at least 3 reference sites - Joomla only.
