solve strange issues in my jomsocial joomla site

hi and thanks to all, I have Joomla site with jomsocial on it, I am experiencing a very strange issue. When logged in all work perfectly fine, but when not every page you visit shows the homepage instead. This happen all of the sudden and the stooped happening. Today I woke up and it is happening again. here you can see how it shows all the same. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] There is also two additional issues I want to fix. First my htacess files have a strange Russian url I want removed, (my developer left it like that) I need this done in this site and and copy of it I have running in the same server. Also Server support have found some shells in one of my applications I want you to check if this is a real treat or not and remove in case it is. This has to be also applied in copy site. I few hour work tops. bid accordingly. Thanks again!
