Wine Bottle Label Designer

I have a logo (ai file) with our artwork, as well as all necessary text. I need someone to put it all together and make it look professional and stylish, like a regular commercial bottle should be.
There will be used for the front and back labels for our wine bottles. I would like the style to be similar to the Silver Oak Napa Valley brand with no more than 2 colors.
Art file is attached.
Front label should also read: Cabernet Sauvignon 55% / Merlot 45% California
Back label should read: GREYSTONE RANCH
