Convert Laravel (4.2) / PHP 5.7 application to Laravel 7+

The project is for a kitchen manufacturing company. I have documented the existing application and have created google docs below for requirements. The very simple summary is we have a web app that has some straight PHP pages but mostly Laravel 4.2. We need a laravel expert to implement / update our 4.2 laravel models, components, etc to work in the very different Laravel 7+ environment. It is a 5 page main application that we need converted first to work on its on then we will project out each of the hard coded php pages to be converted to laravel on a project by page basis. This project will require direct communication with the developer(s) as there will be lots of questions. This app is a bit convoluted at times but I can lead you through the mayhem and will hand hold throughout to help speed this process up. We are looking a first project of implementing and converting the following laravel 4.2 pages and blades: 1. Convert Dashboard from straight php to Laravel 7+ (screen shot 1) 2. Implement already converted Job Header page (screen shot 2) 3. Implement VUE page for Spec Header (screen shot 3) VUE page has been done by another developer. You just have to put it in the blades and make it fit. 4. Implement navigation site headers and footers navigation Timeline: We'd like to be QA-ing this in 5 days time. Please only give interest if you are high level, can solve problems independently, and work well on a tight timeline.
