HHS Capital is seeking a sales minded VA looking to join a growing Real Estate Finance Firm. We offer competitive base salary with outstanding bonuses for closed leads. Job Duties: • Create Contact lists from various lead pipelines. • Send Emails and provide necessary responses. • Reach weekly goals and log them using Asana project management software • Learn lending programs and understand how to explain them to potential clients • Schedule joint calendar for Project Manager Qualifications: • Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication • Able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, Power-point, Gmail. • Real estate knowledge (recommended) • Asana Project management software experience (recommended) • Previous sales experience is preferred but not required • Charisma and good phone etiquette • Access to MagicJack to be able to call US phone numbers • Willingness to work US-hours (9 AM to 5 PM Central Standard Time) • Must be goal oriented Compensation: $300 per month + $300 Bonus per closed deal (imagine closing 4 deals a month!)
