This is for a simple, straightforward contract between two persons.
I've prepared all the points in the attachment here. Your job is to word them in a way that makes it an official contract. Plus, add/ edit/ change/ delete any points you consider necessary.
Budget:$30 to $50.
The contract must be easy to read and understand, straightforward, short, precise. No words or sentences that are difficult to understand. Ideally it should be about 2 pages.

The contract must have full legal effect under the law of New Zealand
