Hello, I am a JD/MBA, and an associate (an “intern”) to the General Counsel/VP of Legal Affairs of a medium sized retail chain (~ 2,000 employees; $600M annual sales). What you are looking for is essentially what I do on a daily basis, and I can develop some standard “form” contracts that you will be able to use going forward, as well as get you going on any administrative tasks.
