We have a serious issue with our landlord. We are members of a co-working building with a large space for our staff, and have been for nearly two years.
During the pandemic, we were forced to work from home, and eventually furlough much of our staff.
The president of the coworking company used this opportunity to poach several of our employees, using confidential payroll information obtained from the payroll service we pay for through the co-working member benefits.
Now, although we are not behind in our rent, he is insisting we move out and is threatening to pack our offices up, disconnect our phone lines, etc.
Lastly, he has stolen some or our intellectual property.
