PR4+ Inbound Links

We are looking for PR4+ backlinks. As many as we can get for our budget. All backlinks will be verified by us before releasing funds. Links must be placed in an excel spread sheet and attached to project upon completing. We want these links placed on related websites. We are selling vinyl banners and signs. Related categories include: business, marketing , advertising. We will provide anchor text and url. Whitehat techniques only - No Blackhat - No Hidden Links - No links from link scheme pages - Links must be from free, permanent sources. (no ongoing payment sites) - All sites must be in English. - Linking PAGES (not just site itself) must be PageRank 4 or higher - Link must exist for at least 12 months - All links must be verifiable. - No redirect links (we want direct links only). - link farms, spam sites, web rings, gambling, or adult sites etc. - No links from pages with more than 50 outbound links. - No links with "nofollow" attribute in the link tag (must be search engine indexable). - No links to pages blocked by robots.txt. - No link exchange, web ring, or automated posting techniques.
