Happy to do this for you but there are a number of dependencies here. Firstly I'd need to know the capabilities of your new server. I would suggest you don't use Apache but instead use php-fpm directly through nginx in order to increase performance. I'd need to know your internal network setup and routing configuration. We'd need to setup and tune glusterFS which is a non-trivial task and will require maintenance tuning as storage parameters and use patterns stabilise. Point 5 - need more information. Are you talking VPN? Point 6 - sure, as long as your requirements are sane! Point 7 - this will be dependant on hardware capabilities, networking configuration just as much if not more than software configuration. I will handle OS tuning for you too. Point 8 - I assume you have an internal monitoring solution to monitor this on an ongoing basis. Please contact me for any further information.
