Configure a Hetzner LoadBalancer for my Kubernetes Cluster

Hi, this job is about setting up a Nginx-Ingress on Hetzner with an external Load Balancer. I've created a Cluster with kubeadm and have in total three nodes (2 workers 1 master). Now I would like to create an ingress resource that uses a the Hetzner LB and delegates traffic to my backend service. Additionally, I need TLS Certificates. The only open ports should be 443 and 80.

Should be max. 30 mins of work for someone who knows his stuff. I pay full hours, so if you need 25 minutes I pay you one full hour. If you need 1hr 20 mins I pay you two full hours.
