Thanks for viewing. This is already done with Linux, freeRTOS , or Microchip OS. Also have close to 200 industrial protocol drivers for the board. Realtime control with RS232/485 ports, TCP, Canopen etc. Lower level issues have mostly been resolved. I wanted to understand the server interfacing you have done for RS232, since it supports one device (whether you have multiple ports?) Rs485 is capable of connecting multiple devices.
