My Plan: Use the Standalone Converter from Vmware . Than we start die convert the VM to Format for Citrix . With commandlet we can rapair a dammage vmdx or maybe the vmx.

I have a lot of experience in P2V migration and Windows 2008 servers. P2V is a process to convert a physical machine to virtual machine that I have done many times.
