VPS Control Panel and WHMCS Module

We want a VPS control panel supports Proxmox virtual enviroment ([login to view URL]) and related WHMCS module.
Proxmox has provided full-featured API, includes VM management, VNC, snapshot, backup and so on.
The control panel must consists of a server and an agent. For async tasks such as VM clone and snapshot creation, the agent should monitor the status of those tasks and report back to the server. Relying on cron jobs on server side is not acceptable.
About feature of the control panel, please refer to the popular cloud providers such as Vultr, Linode and Digitalocean.
