Business Card in ESP Vector

I need to have an existing PSD file of the business card to be converted into ESP file, with ALL TEXT and IMAGES converted into VECTOR format, so that the final ESP business card file would become a print-friendly. You will not do any design; you will only convert existing design from PSD info vector ESP.
The small challenge will be to make sure that the flower on the logo remains exactly the same, i.e. DIMENTIONAL, after redrawing the image in vector format.
The business card psd will be provided to the freelancer whom I select for this project.
The floral outline on the uppper right corner also needs to be redrawn in vector.
When bidding, you MUST include examples of your dimentional vector art work.
I will pay for the project only AFTER I see it completed. No advance payments will be done.
