Logo Design (Health Information Services)

We require a Logo designed for our client: Logo is for a new company called "Hauora Analytics". The company is an information (reports, graphs) and technology (programming) service provider for primary health (this is GP/Family Doctor/Community Health - NOT hospital services). Our target market is professional doctors and healthcare managers within New Zealand. We have existing colour scheme and powerpoint template attached to this bid request, please review and design the logo to fit in with these (especially [url removed, login to view]). Logo should be a modern WEB2.0 style professional logo Logo should be suitable for website, print and be fully scalable in size up to large posters/display signs. Logo must reflect information, technology, health care and inclusion of any traditional Maori ([url removed, login to view]:en-US:official&hs=lmg&start=0&sa=N) patterns or styles will be a bonus. Logo should be designed to be displayed on screen on a black background and to be able to be printed on a B/W laser printer, on a black or white background. Logo should be able to be placed with the text "Hauora Analytics" and "Primary Health Information Services" as formatted in [url removed, login to view] file attached. Prior to accepting a bid request we must have seen a watermarked or low-resolution version of your draft logo to review and check with stakeholders before you produce the final. We of course will be reviewing the inital logos from many bidders and will hopefully select a bid to accept and work with the bidder to finalise. Please do not bid if you cannot deliver within these terms.

## Deliverables

1) Vector source files (in Adobe Illustrator/eps) 2) PSD layered files 3) Large PNG/TIFF file of the rendered designs 4) Large PNG/TIFF file of the rendered logo in black and white 5) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 6) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

7) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
