I need a logo similar (perhaps) to the attached files.

That's what I've come up with so far.

Desired Changes:

1. I want the hand to be more life like.

2. I want the hand 'palm up'.

3. Perhaps it would be cool to make the fingertips glow (like ET)?

4. As far as the text layout goes - I'm totally open to your suggestions.
