Need help deobfuscating lua script

Greetings! I've been Lua developing for over 18 months now, especially for the Roblox game engine. Through tutoring and posting many solutions on Lua help forums, I have been exposed to very diverse table and function syntax. In addition, I have deobfuscated many code blocks in the past for competitions and leisure, since it feels like solving a jigsaw puzzle to me! Looking at the attached file, I can already decrypt the functions with relative ease. The obfuscator has for the most part mapped seemingly random indices for different parts of the code.
