Developing an Image Recognition Module for Retail Store Chain

Job Description:
A retail gift store is looking to install a self-checkout system. The system comprises of a Digital POS, a HD camera and a payment processor. We are looking for someone who can build us an AI based image classifier that can identify the merchandize via the HD camera and send the barcode number to the POS for it to register the product as a sale.
To train the classifier, the image dataset will consist of self-captured images (provided by us) and downloaded images from the internet.
We are looking for professionals who can commit long term, available for troubleshooting, modification and improvement.
