Face Recognition Program in Python -- 2

We are looking for someone who can work on a Face Detection and Recognition program in Python with minimum 95% accuracy. The testing must be done via IP Camera. It should not be a public code (i.e. copy and paste from public domain like GitHub). Requirements: Program should be written in Python language The code should be bug free The program should capable to run for several days continuously Source code with all prerequisite should be provided for testing It should identify face based on the master database images already stored in the server It should identify face from different camera angle. i.e. camera could be placed on the top of the entrance gate facing down. GUI would be needed to captured the image into master folder with person name. Which will be recognize when we run main program. It must NOT identify wrong face. It is okay if some frame goes unidentified. It should recognize faces from multiple IP camera and it also should identify camera id It should identify face from 12-15 feet distance of IP camera There should not be delay in rendering frames and recognizing face It should identify multiple faces from the frame It should identify a person in less than 3 seconds once he/she comes in the camera frame Detailed documentation need to provide for source code All prerequisites need to provide to achieve above requirements First sprint delivery should be within 5 days of project agreement date Second sprint delivery should be within 7 days project agreement date Payment Terms: 20% payment for 1st sprint of successful testing - This may have up to 5 minor changes 20% payment for 2nd and final sprint of successful testing 30% after 15 days of delivery of the project, if code fulfills and sustains all the above requirements. 30% after 30 days of delivery of the project, if code fulfills and sustains all the above requirements.
