Hi, I'm looking for an expert in how the [login to view URL] payment gateway works with Magento. You must have this experience.

I have tried everything including disabling extensions, trying a new checkout system, comparing file sizes between new 1.7 file zip core payment gateway files and my files. What happens is that the shipping charge is not captured and invoiced when using [login to view URL] for CC payment only the product and tax is captured and invoiced. Paypal works just fine. It looks like in the DB that the full amount is authorized it's just not being captured and invoiced. [login to view URL] says that Magento needs to pass the full amount. I'm not entirely sure if this is happening and if not why not.
