Magento improvements and Redesign of functional additions - open to bidding

Ladies and Gentlemen, we are spezialized in selling LED lightning for end-users. we have add a configurator for products, written in java,to let the customer choosing the right LED lightning source; It was a"quick and dirty solution" with java. Now we want to make a redesign of this code. following requirements should be met within the new development: A ) Technical 1. meets magento standards for extensionS 2. able to include flash / lightbox 3. sending product to cart as an ajax request 4. lazy image loading for improving the overall speed B) Design 1. customized product atributes 2. every attribute with own thumbnail; at frontend these thumbnails are for choosing 3 after choosing a special attribute image and description changing for further projects additionally we want to have some changes from the existing our webstore is online [login to view URL] please have a look for it.
