I want expert that understand Building a POD for TELEGRAM (Telegram bot for instagram engagement group I want to invite 2 ENGAGEMENT groups to INSTAGRAM. I want them both the same except that I want one to be in a different language and a different group. These are my requirements: - A robot that checks whether they have liked or commented on the rules in the links ahead - A robot that flies after 3 warnings if someone has not done the rules - User needs to write DX15 (Which means he did the LIKE and COMMENT, in the 15 links back) + Then he has to write the link to his profile + his username.
