Find me a Supplier - North American Catnip oil

Hi,
We need to find a supplier of catnip essential oil that is originating from North America (US or Canada).
This supplier must be able to do a specific blend and provide a full package:
- Distilled Water (98%) + catnip essential oil (2%)
- In 1oz amber glass bottle with spray nozzle
- Labeled bottle (with our own artwork)
- With packaging (small carton box printed with our own artwork)
(More detailed will be provided to the selected freelancer)
The catnip MUST originate from North America. The supplier himself does not have to be from North America.
Our target FOB price per unit is 1USD. ([url removed, login to view] at most)
Your responsibility will be to
1. Find potential suppliers
2. Communicate the requirements with them
3. Get quotation from them (preliminary price negotiation)
4. Gather supplier information in a spreadsheet to facilitate selection
5. Organize sampling (to be sent to us)
6. Communicate with suppliers
Once the job is done, we will manage the rest (selection and further negotiation).
Please do not bid if you do not have experience with suppliers and manufacturers.
