Manufacture a Product for me

Hi, My name is Benjamin, I'm from Canada and I would like to produce what we call ''Thermo Jet Engines'' wich are designed to put on radio controlled planes (see picture A3 to know what a thermo jet looks like). The thermo jet I would like to produce must be made only of stainless steel of 3/32 inches of thickness (or 2,38mm) The thermo jet is composed of 7 different parts all welded together (The Cap, The Cylinder, The Cone, The Barrel End, The Barrel and The Two Identical Intake Tubes. See picture A1 for more details about each parts.) The thermo jet must be assembled only by welding parts together. I don't want any rivets. No need to paint the Thermo Jet. The welds must be of excellent quality. The thermo jet must be smooth to the toutch. I attached 3 pictures to explain what I want. The picture A1 shows all the different parts name and mesures to make the thermo jet. The picture A2 shows only the dimmensions to make the thermo jet. The picture A3 shows what a thermo jet looks like in overall, except this picture is a different type of thermo jet because the parts are not welded together (wich is not solid). The picture A4 shows the purpose of a thermo jet (wich is to be mounted on a radio controlled plane). I only want to order the thermo jet itself wich is the structure on the picture A3. i don't want to order anything else. If you have any questions about anything, let me know. Best regards, Benjamin.
