Breast Cancer radiation therapy research

I require a summary of the WORST patient experiences for radiation therapy for breast cancer. Radiation therapy is recommended as a treatment for breast cancer after removing a cancerous lump. There are a number of online discussion boards that have patient experiences with radiation therapy. This project is to summarize the WORST of those experiences. Deliverables: 1) At least 8 (eight) bad experiences with radiation therapy must be summarized and referenced. 2) The experiences must be from real *patients* - i.e. references from clinical/academic studies will not be accepted. 3) The summary must be in Excel format with the following columns: a) Experience Number (sequential) b) Title (quick summary) c) Summary (1-2 sentences in summary) d) URL (web link to actualy patient experience) e) Severity rating (in your opinion - a rating from 1 to 5 describing the severity of the patient's experience... 1 being BAD, and 5 being not-so-bad) This project is for my mother.
