Troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange 2016

We have recently setup Microsoft Exchange 2016 and currently face issues when some customers cannot receive our emails (including emails sent to Hotmail address). Delivery report show that email is successfully sent out from server but customer's log indicate that there is RSET command sent out from our SMTP gateway which cause the email to be dropped at their server.
We need to troubleshoot to resolve this issue.
