Swift Flutter-Kotlin Dev Needed

I am urgently in need of a proficient developer skilled in Flutter for iOS and Kotlin for a personal application development project. the problem in this application
Problem :
I have many texts
Each text in a separate text widget
When i try to make selection on them.. i could not
I tried (selection area) widget.. but it does not support arabic language.. i tried many solution but nothing worked.
So i've been thinking to try tha native side to solve this problem but as you know the complixety of this.
Actually there are other details but this is the core idea.
I am looking for an idea or thoughts
**Requirements:**
- Expertise in Flutter development specifically for iOS.
- Profound knowledge and practical experience in Kotlin.
- Previous experience with productivity apps or features focusing on text manipulation is preferred.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines.
**Project Goal:**
enable the lawyers to see the base docs and they can select and highlight..etc
