Tech Leader, Management, VA

I need someone whom are very familiar with start up working environment, fast pace, pressure, to lead & manage our team of freelancer's timeline and deadline. This job, requires a very strong communication and leadership skills ability.

I need you to check automation, reviewing works, recruitment selection, motivates our team to pace up with deadline etc and more. Basically, you are not entitled to do the work nor we are asking you to code. But to guide, lead, motivate, check, test and review the people's work whom are doing those for us.

There are 2 types of work

- Weekly Repetitive $10-$20/milestone week which should takes 1-5 hrs max.

- Non-Repetitive

$30/milestone - reviewing 5 PIC's tasks, which should takes 2-5 hrs max.

Criteria :

- Must have experience in managing a team, timeline, deadline, etc

- Understand or familiar very well varied skills such as sql, php, python, uiux, google app script, java, business, accounting, financing, data analyst and more (especially code's languages). But you do not need to know how to code, you just need to know some basic information about it.

- Strong learning ability

- Able to motivate people and very good interpersonal skill

- Preferably someone whom has experience in leading a team of tech, IT, IoT, developers of code engineers.

- Very good interpersonal & communication skills,

Please note, Your work can be done faster if you have these complete criteria. Otherwise, you would struggle.

The goal of our project is to just ensure our freelancer pace up with deadlines and provide good quality of work. Hence you will really need a very strong communication and leadership skills so you ought to keep motivating and communicating with all the freelancers you'd work with.

Even though you are not the one who are entitle to work, but You are responsible of their work on time and quality, but You can show them you have the POWER to do these against them ! :

1. Give review, you must somehow indicate that you can report them to me about their quality of works, attitude, etc.

2. You can dispute, refund, by providing evidence of work if never done on time

A. Please video record your self, (maybe upload to loom). Tell me everything you know in the video about sql, php, python, uiux, google app script, java, business, accounting, QA and data analyst. You just need to know what those are no need coding ability.

B. Show me more evidence that you have managed and lead dozen of team members.

C. You need to lead our team members to accomplish our goals, $25-$80 a week paid, agree ?. Please check the google sheet in the job post to see the work load.
