Convert c++ class with icon_v dependencies to all Qt lib format

We had a project done by another freelancer which was all done in c++, but it has icon_v dependencies which is very hard to compile to android with qt. I have attached the project that was made previously. We need an example all build in Qt 5.3 for android not Visual Sudio. This class all needs converting to qt format. for instance instead of std::str you would use QString. or any way you can make this class work. The example that we have needs a little bit of editing to it. Right now it consists of [login to view URL] and here there is lots of things going on and then there is an output to a file in native c++ this is how the end product needs to be. ChineseCharSegmentor *seg = new ChineseCharSegmentor(args...(what ever you neeed to put in)); (this function needs making) [login to view URL]("你好，你过的怎么样"); Right now this returns this string 你好 ，你 过 的 怎么样 (just separated the individual words) we need it with the option to wrap each word with an attribute. <span>你好</span>，<span>你</span><span>过</span><span>的</span><span>怎么样</span> (Final product) This example must come ready to compile on android with Qt 5.3 for android. No dependencies if this is possible (According to my research if you use just qt's QString ...etc, basically all of the built in methods then you dont need icon_v lib).
