I am a lawyer and need an app for my law firm with the following funcionalities:
1 - easy to use interface where clients can request legal assistance;
2 - price is set by the client but may be refused by us with an amended proposal
3 - The idea is that our clients grab their phones, click on the app, the home page of the app is a form to request legal advise, they enter the question and the number of hours they believe will be necessary to answer the question. Automaticaly, the fees according to our hourly rate are calculated, they agree to pay it, an pro-forma invoice is issued, and we receive the request in our e-mail or pc/mac interface. If we agree with the client's proposal, we can just reply with an answer, his credit card is charged and he receives the final invoice and receipt for payment. If we do not agree with the fees, we will send a counter-proposal for the client's acceptance (or not).
