I need an Android and iPhone app that does the same thing. If you can only do one of the types of phones, please let me know in your bid.
The overall functionality of the app will be a person shakes their phone when told on the radio and it will register them to win a contest.
This is an easy job for the right person.
I would provide the graphics.
It should only need 4 screens.

2. Sign in
3. Rules
4. Thanks for Shaking
Home Screen
1. If signed out, display links to Register/Sign In/Rules
2. If signed in, display links to Sign Out/Rules and a count of "shakes"
Sign In Screen
1. Allow user to enter their email and password (and remember them once they are entered)
2. When they click "Sign In" send the username/password to our https web server and get back their user id or an error about bad email/password combination (using ssl)
3. Once signed in successfully, start "listening" for shakes when the app is running. It does not have to run in the background.
Rules Screen
1. Simply display some rules we would provide.
Thanks for Shaking Screen
1. Once a shake is detected, send the customer's id and a security hash to our https server and it will send back the current number of shakes.
2. Show how many shakes they have done.
Other items:
The user can shake all the time, but only send a response to the server once every 30 seconds.
There will need to be an update feature. I don't know if this in the app or just the app store.
Sign out will simply stop listening for shaking.
The register link will send them to our https web server so they can register there. It will not be part of the app.
I will provide the graphics in the sizes and formats you request.
I will provide the copy and the rules text in the format you request.
When posting a bid, please be sure to include if you can do this for both Android or iPhone or hopefully both.
Be sure to include the time frame in your bid request. I would like to have this done in 2 weeks.
